BEIJING, Oct 30 (Reuters) – China's defence ministry said on Thursday that Beijing maintains an open attitude towards developing military relations with the United States. China hopes that the U.S. will work with China to jointly build equal, just, peaceful and stable military ties, Zhang Xiaogang, a spokesperson for the defence ministry, told a press briefing.
