US President Donald Trump on Thursday hailed his long-awaited meeting with Chinese leader Xi Jinping in Busan, South Korea, as a “great success”, claiming the talks had brought “many important things to finalisation”. Speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One after the 100-minute meeting, Trump said he would travel to China in April for follow-up talks and that Xi would visit the United States “sometime after that”.
