ASHEVILLE - This year marks the 130th anniversary of the Christmas season at the Biltmore House at Biltmore Estate in Asheville. It began in 1895 with George Vanderbilt's first celebration at the famed family home, now a beloved national landmark.

Biltmore Estate's team carries on the holiday tradition by hosting the Christmas at Biltmore program series, this year beginning on Nov. 1 and ending Jan. 4.
