LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - The mother of a child who was stabbed to death nearly 10 years ago said she is “grateful” the man acquitted of her son’s murder violated his parole and is back in Kentucky custody.
“Honestly, I’m grateful that he violated. I don’t know how he forgot to register. I don’t understand the thought process with that,” said Heather Tipton, whose son Logan was killed in 2015.
Ronald Exantus was charged in 2015 with stabbing and killing Logan Tipton. He was found not guilty of the child’s murder but found guilty on three assault charges for stabbing other family members.
