A Marion County judge has lifted a temporary restraining order that could have halted Gov. Patrick Morrisey’s sale of a Fairmont long-term care hospital.

The governor is selling in total four long-term care hospitals in West Virginia, saying that the facilities have been operating at a $6 million yearly loss to the state. The sale is set to close Friday. Legal Affairs
