Regulator Ofcom this morning issued a damning statement after mobile phone and broadband provider O2 hiked fees. Personal finance expert Martin Lewis lashed out at the decision, blasting the company for targeting customers with bigger increases than they'd previously said.

Martin Lewis yesterday told O2 customers to ‘leave’ the company after it hiked prices by ‘40 per cent MORE THAN IT TOLD THEM’. The personal finance expert lashed out after it emerged the increases will be brought in from April 2026.
