Srinagar, Oct 30: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah said that Employee termination cases in Jammu and Kashmir should be decided through courts and not on suspicion.

CM said " "I have always said that process of terminating employees should go exclusively through the courts. Guilt can only be proven in a court and not otherwise."
