(KRON) -- A preliminary 2.6-magnitude earthquake jolted the East Bay overnight Thursday, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The epicenter was in Concord along the Concord Fault.

The tremblor occurred at 3:50 a.m., USGS said. People reported feeling the shaking in the surrounding areas, according to USGS’s “Did You Feel It?” survey.

There were no initial reports of damage or injuries.
