Strictly Come Dancing Balvinder Sopal has said that she was ‘resigned to being in the dance-off’ as she made an ‘emotional’ admission.

The EastEnders actress is currently preparing for the BBC dancing competition's Halloween week, which she will be taking part in with professional dancer Julian Caillion.

It proved to be a successful icons week for the pair on Saturday night (October 25) as they managed to avoid being in the dance-off for a third consecutive week.

After surviving movie week after landing in the bottom two for the first time with ITV Lorraine star Ross King and Jowita Przystal, last week’s show saw them in the dance-off once again.
