Trade jobs are more in demand than ever, but filling those positions has become a challenge. Miami-Dade County Public Schools are looking to address that shortage.

One of its not-so-secret weapons to fill that gap is Robert Morgan Senior High School, Robert Morgan Educational Center, and Technical College.
