An inn tucked away in a Fife village has been named Scotland's best pub, as well as the second-best in the UK. It has been praised for its daily-changing menu and wine selection. ‌

On Tuesday, October 28, The Good Food Guide unveiled a list of the 100 best pubs in the nation. A number of Scottish venues are featured on the prestigious roundup, but taking the top spot for the country is the Kinneuchar Inn. ‌

The Kinneuchar Inn is a restaurant and pub situated in the village and parish of Kilconquhar. Dating back to the 17th century, the relatively remote venue draws food lovers from across Scotland and beyond. ‌

The pub features both a cosy bar and a vaulted dining room. The former serves up a selection of craft beers , ciders, wines, and more.
