In an unusual incident from Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, a first-grade student has been issued a court notice for allegedly disturbing peace. This startling case has drawn attention to the Quarsi police station area in Rajiv Nagar, where Dr Hitesh Chauhan resides.

The issue arose when Hitesh’s 50-year-old neighbour, Sultan Singh, lodged a complaint through the Uttar Pradesh government’s IGRS (Integrated Grievance Redressal System) portal. Sultan alleged that Hitesh had opened a door of his house towards Sultan’s property, causing him inconvenience.
