An unexpected tribal swap, rather than a merge, left the " Survivor " castaways split into three tribes before newly formed Kele sent home one of its four members at tribal council.
On Wednesday, Oct. 29, the second tribal swap of the season left three four-person tribes: Hina, Kele and Uli.
The new tribes then battled to keep their flint, and for grilled cheese sandwiches and iced tea as a prize. Hina gladly took home the food, leaving Uli in second, and sending Kele to tribal council.
The Kele tribe voted wellness specialist Shannon Fairweather out — which was the goal for Sage Ahrens-Nichols, who had grown to dislike Fairweather.
There are now 11 castaways in the running for the $1 million prize.
