Long lens photos taken of the Prince and Princess of Wales and their children have been found to be "grossly intrusive". ‌

Photos taken of the family - which included Prince George , 12, Princess Charlotte, 10, and Prince Louis, 7 - while on holiday in the Alps in April were found to breach their privacy by a French court, reports the Mirror . ‌

Deemed a "grossly intrusive article and long-lens paparazzi photographs", the pictures were published by the Paris Match magazine following the family holiday. ‌

The publication has now been ordered to acknowledge the breach of privacy in its magazine and pay William and Kate’s legal costs in France.
