The veteran rapper opened up about his midlife crisis during the newest episode of Joe And Jada , which dropped on Tuesday, October 28. Joey Crack and Jadakiss gave their guest Ciara some advice after she recently celebrated her 40th birthday. During their chat, Joe revealed that he suffered from extreme depression after he turned 40.

"I've been in the game since I'm 19. So, when I'm about to turn 40, all I know is standing on couches and popping bottles," he explained. "But that 40 hit you like a different, like... I was depressed."
