Kate Middleton and Prince William are receiving justice for a breach on their privacy.

After the British royal family sued Parisian outlet Paris Match for publishing photos of them on an April vacation with kids Prince George , 12, Princess Charlotte , 10, and Prince Louis , 7, in the Swiss Alps, they have won their case in a French court, per People .

The Prince and Princess of Wales called the magazine’s publication of not only the images, but details of their vacation, “grossly intrusive,” a spokesperson for the family told People Oct. 30 adding that they would go through the same hoops to ensure their children grow up "without undue scrutiny and interference."
