New Delhi/Guwahati: Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw on Thursday felicitated the teams of engineers and officials behind the successful completion of two major new rail line projects — Bairabi-Sairang in Mizoram, and Araria-Galgalia in Bihar — at a programme held in the national capital.
