LYNCHBURG, Va. (WDBJ) - A North Carolina man has been sentenced to two years and six months in prison after being convicted of felony commercial sex trafficking .

The full sentence for Thomas Lee Thomas was ten years, but seven years and eight months were suspended, according to Commonwealth’s Attorney Bethany Harrison.

Thomas was also ordered to submit to 24 months of supervised probation and to maintain good behavior for 10 years.

Harrison says in June 2024, Lynchburg Police received information that the address of 702 Leesville Road in the City of Lynchburg was operating as a brothel. Officers found advertisements on various escort websites related to that address.
