CONWAY, Ark. — The Conway Police Department intercepted 19.5 pounds of marijuana hidden inside a vehicle during a routine traffic stop.

According to reports, the driver, who wasn’t from the area and appeared to just be passing through Conway, was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.
