NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — With Halloween being just a day away, the New Orleans Police Department discussed safety tips for trick-or-treating on Thursday, Oct. 30.

The NOPD will continue collaborating with local Walgreens pharmacies to donate candy to NOPD district stations for distribution.
