A Fayetteville motorcyclist was killed Oct. 29 in a wreck involving three vehicles at Gillespie Street and Southern Avenue.

According to the Fayetteville Police Department, Trenton Wayne Thompson, 22, was traveling south on Gillespie Street on a Yamaha motorcycle shortly before 6 p.m. when he was struck by a Chevrolet Equinox driven by Hector Elias-Burgos, 43, of Fayetteville. The Equinox was turning left onto Southern Avenue, police said.
