It’s been a soggy and breezy Thursday, and more rain is to come as we make our way towards Halloween.
Showers will be widespread past sunset on Thursday, but begin to gradually taper off after midnight into Friday morning. Showers will be most widespread during the overnight period in our northern and northeastern viewing area, but winds will be an issue for everyone, gusting up to 35 mph overnight.
Halloween will be more trick than treat with winds continuing to pick up and gusting between 30 and 35 mph throughout the day. A shower will be possible for our northern viewing area early Friday morning, and we could see a return of some lake-enhanced rain activity as we move closer to sunset. If you'll be trick-or-treating Friday evening, prep for a windy and chilly evening with temperature
