The Call of Duty movie has just tapped one massive creative team. As video games are rapidly getting adapted for the big and small screens through film and TV, one of the biggest ones is heading to theaters, with Call of Duty getting adapted as a live-action project at Paramount .
Deadline reports that Taylor Sheridan and Peter Berg have come on board for Paramount's upcoming Call of Duty live-action film . The duo has been tapped to write the screenplay together, while Berg will be directing the video game adaptation.
The news came only a few days after it was revealed that Sheridan was leaving NBCUniversal , as he has signed a new film and TV deal with Paramount, which goes into effect as of January 1, 2029, once his current deal has ended . The NBCUniversal deal is
