The Delhi Government has announced on October 30 a relaxation in the rules for obtaining No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for old vehicles. The move allows owners of 10+ year-old diesel vehicles and 15+ year-old petrol vehicles to get an NOC for re-registration in other states — regardless of when their vehicle registration expired.
