Walsall Council announced a crackdown on anyone dumping waste and issued a warning for offenders.
The council will install new CCTV cameras and enforcement action is set to increase through new investment.
Between September 22 to October 20. Walsall Council issued 78 fines for the offence.

In the past month, a further 59 offenders have paid fines for littering
Anyone issued with a Fixed Penalty Notice is required to pay their fine within 14 days.
Should the fine remain unpaid following a reminder, Walsall Council can commence legal proceedings and take the case to court.
