The governing Saskatchewan Party had indicated during last week’s throne speech that the new bill would be brought forward during the current legislative session.

Alana Ross did just that on Thursday as the minister responsible for the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA) introduced , which allows for the creation of a regulatory framework to hold tailgating events at Mosaic Stadium for Rider home games.
