BANDON, Ore. - Two suspects were arrested in Coos County on Tuesday morning following a report of a woman who was allegedly kidnapped and assaulted, according to the Coos County Sheriff’s Office.

CCSO officials said that they responded at about 8 a.m. on Oct. 28 to Southern Coos General Hospital regarding a report of a woman that had been assaulted.

Authorities responded to Southern Coos General Hospital on October 27 after a woman reported being assaulted. The investigation revealed that 38-year-old Mark Hendrix and 45-year-old Ishta Gore allegedly took the woman to a residence just outside of Bandon, confiscated her phone, and prevented her from leaving before assaulting her.
