NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) – If you’re looking for a cheap home, you may want to look beyond Manhattan.
The mean sale price for homes in Manhattan from July to September was $1.15 million, the priciest of all five boroughs, according to a study from PropertyShark.
Hudson Yards kept its title as New York’s most expensive neighborhood, with median sale prices reaching $4.99 million. Tribeca followed close behind with a median sale price of $3.36 million.
Brooklyn had the largest sale growth, reaching a median sale price of $916,000, according to PropertyShark. Some 26 of the city’s 50 priciest neighborhoods are in Brooklyn.
