Lynn Price, the former owner of controversial Houston restaurant Turkey Leg Hut, has been indicted on new weapons charges.

According to court documents obtained by KPRC 2, Price was handed three new felony counts: one count of possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime and two counts of felon in possession of a firearm.

In reference to the first count, prosecutors say Price possessed a firearm while he allegedly trafficked drugs between 2019 and 2022.

The other two counts relate to guns that Price possessed, a DP-12 shotgun and a 12-guage shotgun with an attached flamethrower. Authorities allege that Price acquired both weapons by hanging them shipped in interst
