The Toronto Blue Jays are one win away from rewriting history, and they’ve got the Rogers Centre crowd waiting to bring the noise. Having dropped the Dodgers 6-1 in Game 5 on Wednesday, the Jays return home with a 3-2 series lead and a chance to close it out in style.

Rookie sensation Trey Yesavage was absolute fire, mowing down 12 Dodgers to set a new World Series rookie strikeout record and leaving L.A.’s stacked lineup looking lost.

The tone, though, was set before Dodger Stadium could even catch its breath. Davis Schneider and Vladimir Guerrero Jr. went back-to-back on the first two pitches of the game, sending a message that Toronto wasn’t here to play nice. From there, it was all Blue Jays.
