HARRIMAN, Tenn. (WVLT) - Former Harriman City Councilman Brian Frost has turned himself in to the Roane County Sheriff’s Office, according to District Attorney General Russell Johnson. Frost, who is charged in connection to a teen’s shooting death at his detail shop, failed to show up for his arraignment Monday.

“After being booked, he posted the new bond set by the court due to his failure to appear,” a statement from Johnson said. “Mr. Frost is now represented by legal counsel, who has been in contact with the court and made arrangements for him to return to the facility where he is enrolled.”
