JAMMU, OCT 30: In a decisive move against terrorism and its sympathisers within the administration, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has ordered the termination of two government employees from service under Article 311 of the Constitution of India. The action is part of the Lieutenant Governor’s “zero-tolerance” policy against terrorism and his ongoing crackdown on the broader terror ecosystem in Jammu and Kashmir.
