Six nudists were arrested in Florida for stripping down at the wrong beach . The St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office responded to numerous complaints about unauthorized nudity near the Little Mud Boat Ramp, located about a mile north of the designated nude-optional Blind Creek Beach. The arrested individuals, Daniel Harrisson , Donald Knapp , Gaetane Lambert , Steven Marhenke , Elmer Quandt , and Nicolas Ramos , face charges of indecent exposure and exposure of sexual organs.

The incident occurred as Blind Creek Beach undergoes renovations, leading some visitors to mistakenly relocate to the non-nude Little Mud Boat Ramp area .
