For some people, all they need is a cup of coffee or diet soda and they are roaring to go in the morning.
For others, that first meal of the day needs to be a bit more substantial than a boring cup of coffee and a dry piece of toast.
Typical breakfast foods are cereal, eggs and toast. All of these are easy to make and good for a fast meal before heading out the door. But there are times when that typical, and somewhat boring, breakfast needs to be livened up.
A longtime favorite of many people is stuffed hash browns. Granted, these tasty potatoes can be a side dish for any meal, but as they are packed full of protein they make an excellent dish to start the day.
