WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Jordan Bani-Younes from the Kansas Humane Society stopped by KSN News at Noon on Thursday to introduce this week’s furry friend.

Odysseus is a 1-year-old dog who is a big snuggle bug and loves giving hugs! He arrived at the Kansas Humane Society earlier this month and is looking for his fur-ever home.

Jordan also talked about a couple of upcoming events coming to the humane society.

On Tuesday from 10:30 to 11:15 a.m., the humane society is hosting a Tot Tuesday event for children 2 to 5 years old. The event costs $5, and preregistration is required.

And if you have free time, on Nov. 7, the humane society is hosting another Furry Film Friday, adult addition. Showtime starts at 7 p.m., and tickets are $30.
