This episode was completely jam packed full of different things, but it had quite a heavy focus on Sal and developing the backstory of his relationship with his dad. I quite liked the fact that Kidd found out about his dad being in prison. It was time for her to learn a little bit more about her new recruit. Sal’s dad is such an ugly human being, I actually feel being in prison is the best place for him, especially for Vasquez. After that threat from his father to get him out of prison, he really doesn’t need him out terrorising his life.

I am very glad that they have continued to shine a light on how the house fire is affecting the Herrmann’s. We are finally getting more Mouch and Herrmann scenes this season after their friendship being pushed back slightly. I loved Herrmann watching Mou
