Director Mari Selvaraj couldn’t contain his excitement after receiving an unexpected message of appreciation from legendary filmmaker Mani Ratnam for his latest film Bison.

Sharing his joy, Mari said, “I was shocked to see an appreciation message from Mani Ratnam sir for Bison. I had shown him Vaazhai, but Bison was unexpected. He has liked my films since Pariyerum Perumal days. I’m happy that I have satisfied Mani Ratnam sir too.”

The heartfelt acknowledgment from such an iconic filmmaker has deeply moved Mari Selvaraj. Bison had Dhruv Vikram and Anupama Parameswaran in lead roles and is currently getting appreciation from Telugu audience.
