Jaylen Brown’s hamstring strain appears to be behind him.
After suffering the injury during the Boston Celtics’ preseason finale on Oct. 15, Brown spent the last two weeks on the team’s injury report.
The former NBA Finals MVP powered through the ailment to suit up in each of the Celtics’ first five games, however, including the team’s first win of the season vs. the New Orleans Pelicans on Monday.
“JB” helped lead Boston to its second victory of the year on Wednesday against the Cleveland Cavaliers as well, scoring a game-high 30 points.
Brown is off the Celtics’ injury report for Friday’s road battle with the Philadelphia 76ers.
Co-star Jayson Tatum is the only Boston player on the report, as he continues to recover from his offseason Achilles surgery.
