JONESBORO, Ark. – Officials with the Jonesboro Police Department are seeking public input after a couple was arrested for multiple charges related to their business allegedly failing to provide paid-for services.
Officials said 44-year-old William “Zach” and 41-year-old Melissa Herron were arrested early Thursday morning and are facing felony charges of continuing criminal enterprise, theft of $25,000 or more, and obtaining a signature by deception.
Authorities said the arrests were the result of an investigation after the department received “numerous” complaints about them. The investigation revealed that 51 clients of the couple’s business, All-Star Solutions, had paid over $250,000 for roofing services but had not received the services or the requested refund.
