Event brings City experts and residents together to talk permitting, renting, trees, and more

SEATTLE — The Seattle Department of Construction and Inspections (SDCI) invites homeowners, renters, landlords, and anyone planning their next construction project to attend the Seattle Home Fair.

When: November 8, 9:00 AM – 3 PM .

Where: Filipino Community Center .

The free, in-person event offers residents the chance to connect directly with City experts about building regulations, permitting, inspections, rental housing rules, and other City services.
