As Caldwell's municipal races enter their final week, the daughter of a city council candidate is alleging that her mother's tires were slashed and that a toy truck with "ICE" printed on the side was left at her campaign headquarters.

Lucero "Lucy" Pesina, whose mother Marisela Pesina is challenging incumbent Diana Register in Nov. 4's election for a seat on the Caldwell City Council, posted images on Facebook on Oct. 26 depicting damaged or punctured tires and the toy truck, a model created by Hot Wheels in connection with Disney's "Frozen."
