A flood warning was issued by the National Weather Service on Thursday at 5:55 p.m. valid from 6 p.m. until Friday 1 a.m. in effect until Friday at 1 a.m. for Dutchess and Ulster counties.

The weather service says, "Minor flooding is forecast for Hudson River near Poughkeepsie."
