PORTSMOUTH — Geno Marconi will step down as New Hampshire’s director of Ports and Harbors as part of a plea deal to end his criminal prosecution by the state.
The 74-year-old Marconi submitted a notice of intent to plead guilty to a Class A misdemeanor charge of violating the Driver Privacy Act, according to an Oct. 30 filing.
