Cromford Report: Inventory up more than 60% over last 2 years

More local real estate experts believe the Valley is in a buyer’s market, many saying such has been the case for a good while now.

Tina Tamboer concurs.

“We are in one of the best buyer’s markets that we’ve seen in a very long time. Is it crash material? No. Is it an opportunity though? Absolutely,” Tamboer said.
