BOSTON — The Bruins will likely be without Jordan Harris for most of the rest of 2025.
The defenseman, who has been out since the team’s loss to Florida last week, had surgery to repair his injured ankle.
The team released a statement from Dr. Peter Asnis, the head team physician :
“On October 21, Jordan Harris sustained a right ankle fracture during the team’s game against the Florida Panthers. On October 27, he underwent a successful open reduction and internal fixation procedure performed by Dr. George Theodore at Mass General Brigham. His expected recovery time is approximately two months. ”
Harris, a Haverhill native and Northeastern product, who signed as a free agent during the offseason, made the team out of camp as the seventh defenseman and filled in for Hampus Lindhol
