STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — All the KPop Demon Hunters, many M3GANs, likely Labubus and assorted Art the Clowns, are going to want to bundle up and hold onto their candy bags tightly this Halloween, as gusty winds are expected to follow Wednesday’s flooding rains .
The rain that soaked the borough Wednesday should be ending by Halloween, according to National Weather Service meteorologist Rich Otto.
“The good news is that all the rain that you guys had gotten earlier today and maybe a little bit more this evening should be coming to an end,” Otto said. “But it’s going to remain windy.”
Halloween will feature “mostly dry” conditions with “some sun and clouds,” he said. High temperatures will reach the mid-50s before dropping to the mid-40s overnight.
