COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - A suspect is facing 11 counts of attempted first-degree murder stemming from a shooting in 2023, according to the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD).
CSPD said several units, including Armed Violent Offender, Strategic Investigations, Burglary, Robbery, K9 and Tactical Enforcement, assisted in an investigation stemming from a shooting in 2023.
On Thursday, police said 20-year-old Joshua Saucier was taken into custody by the Armed Violent Offender Unit and the K9 Unit.
According to police, Saucier is facing 11 counts of attempted first-degree murder and unlawful discharge of a firearm.
Search warrants were served by several other detectives and officers, where they said a handgun and several other weapons-related items were recovered.
