On at least two occasions, the corporate credit card of Craig Myles, the Near North District School Board Director of Education, was used by a family member for personal use, according to the Ministry of Education.

It is one of the many findings in a 33-page report released publicly Thursday by Rachel Osborne. Osborne was appointed to conduct a governance and leadership review of the Near North District School Board. A copy was submitted to the Minister of Education Paul Calandra.

The review was announced following media reports and concerns raised by parents, community members, and trustees about governance dysfunction at the school board.
