EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) -- Day three of an Evansville murder trial has come to an end. Isam Clark is accused of shooting and killing 19-year-old Dalton Collins during a robbery last March.
Police say this was all set up by Ethan Bond, an associate of Clark and Derrick Brifil. Bond was also in contact with Collins on the night this happened.
Bond testified in court yesterday about his relationship with Clark and Brifil. He received immunity from prosecution for his testimony. A detective testified that Brifil and Clark made several calls to each other both before and after the robbery. Authorities say his phone was recovered from Collins' car.
