CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) - Iowa families could start losing food assistance within days as organizations across the state prepare for the impact of the government shutdown on SNAP benefits.

Linn County has launched an interactive map to help residents locate food pantries and assistance programs.

The online map shows detailed information for each pantry location, including services offered, operating hours and directions. The tool also provides practical information such as the nearest bus stop to each location.

Residents can access the interactive map through the Community Resources tab on the Linn County website.
